With love in the air, mbira songstress Francisca Mandeya has dropped a single titled “Ngano Yerudo” to celebrate Valentine’s Day today.
The singer is happy about her fresh single that also touches on her love life.
“Music is exciting. I am embracing the gift of singing that God gave me."
“I penned this song whole-heartedly because it points to my personal life. I strongly believe love is real as l experienced it myself and l realized that if a relationship is not guided by God it will not last,” she said.
The artist said her songs consoles those that have been disappointed and those that are enjoying their love.
Mandeya said the song is off her forthcoming album to be released sometime this year.
“I am working on an album and this song is just a foretaste of what my release will be carrying”
Mandeya released her debut album in 2010 titled “Kwasunama” which was received well.

“The song talks about two issues. Firstly it talks of second chance in love for those that have been divorced suggesting that God can grant them a good life partner. Then it also addresses the youth who are looking for love that they should pray to God to give them good life partners.
