When God created you to be in his image, after His likeness it meant that He created you WIRED FOR SUCCESS. Anything less than success is not of God. Why then is it that with everyone of us wired for success only a very small percentage walk in success in all its dimensions (spirit, soul and body)?
The first key to success is MAKING A DECISION to be successful. Almost everyone wants to be successful but very few get to the point of making the decision. If you see anyone who tells you they don't want to be successful it is because they are afraid of making a decision to be successful.
What then is making a decision to be successful. It is making a decision to get success at whatever the cost. It is being willing to pay the price. There is a price for success. Success is free for everyone and available to everyone but is not cheap. Success is a path less walked so the path is never smooth, straight if ever there is a path because with our backgrounds and geographical locations we have to be the ones who have to clear the way.
Many people shy away from success because they think success comes by chance or luck. They just live their lives like everyone else and wait for success to come their way if ever it will.
Have you ever sat down and take time to think whether you want to be successful. When did you deliberately take time to be deliberate and make a decision that you were going to be successful. Could this be the reason why you are not as successful as you would want in every area of your life. Remember it is not up to God, you have to MAKE YOUR WAY prosperous as taught by one of the greatest leaders of all time.
This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then THOU SHALL MAKE THY WAY prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success. (Joshua 1: 8).
The most successful person of all time came in the world having made a clear decision to succeed.
Wherefore when he cometh into the world, HE SAITH, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:........ THEN SAID I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. (Hebrews 10: 5-7).
No one had made the way for success before, but we see Jesus making a clear decision and choosing to make the way for many. He was willing to pay the price and we have to learn from him.
Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. (Hebrews 12: 2). And he went a little farther, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: NEVERTHELESS not as I will, but as thou wilt. (Matt 26: 39).
The first key to success is therefore MAKING A DECISION TO BE SUCCESFUL AND BEING WILLING TO PAY THE PRICE. Choose today... Coach Tarie.
