Prophet Uebert Angel Senior is a pastor, church founder, and general overseer of Spirit Embassy. His name has become synonymous with miracles, healings, signs, wonders and prophecies. His prophetic gifting often reveals people’s names, addresses and some pertinent information on the lives of members of the community.
He has preached on diverse subjects of divine healing, faith, Holy Spirit, prosperity and holiness. Prophet Angel is an author of such books as Taking Over the Wealth of the Wicked and I’ve Been to Heaven. He also hosts a television show called Supernatural Power, on Faith TV. The Zimbabwean-born pastor, who had once relocated to the United Kingdom subsequently returned to the country of his origin and has set up the headquarters of his church Spirit Embassy in Harare.
He always emphasises the point that Christian believers ought not be sick and that it is spiritually, morally and physically wrong for one to get sick.
Prophet Angel is said to have accurately predicted the death of the the first President of the Autonomous Region of Bougainville, off the coast of Papua New Guinea Joseph Kabui, as well as aircrashes in Sudan and Spain, the 2008 Sichuan earthquake and other events such as football results.
Prophet Uebert is married to Beverly Angel who is also the co-founder and Vice President and overseer of Spirit Embassy churches around the world. The anointed couple is blessed with three children.
Pastor Uebert Angel was inspired by the life of the late prophet and Bible teacher, Kenneth Hagin Senior, who is the founder of the Rhema Bible Church and the Rhema Bible school.
Angel often receives endorsement from the United Family International Church leader, Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa. Together with Makandiwa and their Ghanaian teacher Victor Kusi Boateng, Angel often gathers interdenominational crowds at their worship events.
In mid-2012, Prophets Angel and Makandiwa were criticized for ‘illegal’ healing operations.
Accompanied by his wife Beverly in October 2012, Prophet Angel had a successful tour in Botswana. Though not without a controversy.
