All this was done in an attempt to gain public sympathy and at the same time discouraging anyone who wanted to come against him from doing so and divert attention from the 14 women who had claimed to have been sexually abused, instead of focusing on the sexual abuse claims, the main story was how Magayas life was under threat, the 14 cases of rape are all true, as of today those claims are 17 now, young girls whom he sleeps with once done with them drops them. Mango claimed the 14 women were lying and they had been paid to tarnish Magaya's image, what image? paid by who? Did the police look for these 14 women? Did the police hear their side of the story? did they do an investigation into these allegations? One of the girls Esther was intimidated and was told that between her and Magaya who was the nation going to support, others fearing for their reputation and embarrassment they have just decided to keep quite.Most of the girls that have been abused come from very poor backgrounds, that cannot afford a lawyer once this kind of abuse happens to them they are voiceless.
We have always needed the government on his side to ensure that he is immune from investigations and prosecutions. He is worried Chipo Chakanyuka's case might be reopened for investigations. At the height of his wrangle with Vapostori ,one day we were playing pool in his gazebo at his house ,number 18 Cuba ave mount pleasant, we were debating with him, on how he was planning on getting Vapostori off his back, it seemed like Mapostori where prepared for a fight, with ZANU -PF showing that they where on the side of Vapostori he clearly said the ruling party had to make a decision who they where going to support because he commands a following of over a million people, it was evident through the gathering of 350,000 people. He boasted saying "ZANU -PF sends buses and forces people to fill up a stadium for their rallies but people pay to get to Zindoga to see me", he then asked us who was then more popular him or the President? We got to talk general talk as men. Magayas biggest problem is lack of secrecy, there are things a man should never discuss and just act silently, daring he is but he can't keep things to himself.
What we picked however from the discussion was that Magayas bigger picture is to launch a political party, he said God instructed him to start a new political party that is for God fearing people.Whether that is true ,we do not know,but as a Prophet he can claim God told him something and we will all believe, by now he has seen the kind of nation we are and how much trust we put in Prophets in general, he has made an assessment that there is nothing he will tell the nation and we do not take notice. Magaya told us that God told him the ruling party sacrifices people during heroes holiday so that they remain in power, he also mentioned how dangerous it was to launch the career now since His Excellency President Mugabe was still alive. Magaya mentioned that Tsvangirai was not strong anymore, if we could give him (Magaya )the support he needed we could end up with good posts in politics and rich. The 5 of us wondered how he could promise us riches because of a new political party and yet with all the money he is creaming from partnerships, guest houses, tithes and offerings he is enriching himself using us for dirty works and we get peanuts at the end of it all.

Magaya's first strategy is to make sure he remains relevant through the newspapers and any form of media.There has to be a story about him in the media constantly.He said every choice people make to buy something is a decision they make subconsciously because they would have seen that product through advertising.The more adverts one keeps seeing concerning a product the more one is likely to buy that product. He said the more people will see him in the paper, tv, magazines, when it's time to launch a new party, no one will say they have never heard of Magaya.
His other strategy is keeping his image clean for his career in politics, it is very surprising for someone like Magaya to have an obsession for a clean image considering all his dirty works. He has people in every office he needs to clean his image .Talk of ministers and police especially (Homicide) who are used as his personal Gestapo to intimidate and deal with anyone who dares cross Magaya's path.Chief Editors of news papers mainly Daily news ,Herald and Sunday Mail are used to write many articles that prop up his image and they stifle and frustrate any negative news about him from being printed and published.
