A Man from the Avenues area in Harare who reportedly spiked his friend’s beer before s-odomising him is being charged with aggravated indecent assault. Lloyd Kelvin Sirewa, 26, of PineBanks Flats, Fife avenue in Harare denied the charges when he appeared before harare Magistrate Noel Mupeiwa.
According to the medical report that was tendered in court, the complainant’s anal passage was bruised and scarred consequent to the attack.
“I was so drunk that I did not even realise how I got to the flat. I recall that I started feeling like I was having s-ex ad at one point I thought I was dreaming,” said the complainant.
“When the accused person started getting more aggressive, I woke up and asked him why he would do that to me since we are longtime friends.
“I immediately advised him that I wanted to defecate but could not hold myself. I reported the matter despite Sirewa’s offer to give me a laptop and $200. I also took condoms and a lubricant and bucket that I defecated in as evidence to the police. I was referred to Parirenyatwa Adult Rape Clinic for medical examination.”
The complainant told the court that the s-exual assault has affected his system. “Ever since that day, I can’t hold my poo from coming out. I felt grossly victimised because that is now how God created me.”
Prosecutor Tinashe Makiya alleged that on August 1, Sirewa invited the complainant for a drink at the Pointe Restaurant.
The two buddies, then proceeded to Tipperarys Night Club before leaving for the Harare Gardens where Winky D was holding a gig.
Around 2am, the court heard, the two returned to Sirewa’s apartment to sleep and Sirewa started caressing his friend’s behind while holding him tightly.
He then removed the complainant’s trousers ad started pummeling him from behind.
The complainant woke up during the act and held Sirewa by the privates asking what he was up to.
However Sirewa asked for forgiveness and offered his laptop and $200 as cover up for the offence.
