A Frenchman has his phone to thank after it saved his life during the Paris terror attacks.
Sylvestre told iTele he was outside the Stade de France when a bomb blast hit during a football clash between France and Germany.
His Samsung protected his head from flying shrapnel during the explosion and says he wouldn't be alive today if it wasn't for his phone.
"Look here, this is my phone that saved my life. Otherwise my head would've exploded," he told iTele. Holding the phone up, you can see a large dent and a shattered screen.
Sylvestre was also shot in the foot and a bullet brushed his torso.
