Nick Cannon is fueling dating rumors after stepping out with one of fashion’s hottest It Girls.
The “America’s Got Talent” host was spotted having dinner with model Winnie Harlow, also known as Chantelle Brown,Tuesday in Los Angeles.

Harlow has scored many high-profile modeling gigs since "Top Model," including walking in New York Fashion Week in February and starring in Diesel's spring campaign.
The two made for an eye-catching couple: Harlow stunned in a maroon dress while Cannon, 34, wore a pin-striped suit with glittery loafers and a fedora.
Cannon, who split from Mariah Carey in December, was most recentlyromantically linked to model Jessica White.
His outing with Harlow comes just a day after his ex-wife made her red carpet debut with her new boyfriend, billionaire James Packer.
