Chelsea Open To Selling Eden Hazard To Real Madrid In £84.2 Million Summer Transfer – Report

Real Madrid are still interested in signing unsettled Eden Hazard in next summer’s transfer window, and it has now emerged that Chelsea would be more than willing to sell if their asking price is met.

In what would be close to a world-record move, the Blues are reportedly willing to let the Belgian leave if they receive an offer in the region of £84.2million, according to Fichajes.net.

The Spanish giants are not known for shying away from paying big transfer fees, and could be keen to land Hazard if reports of an exit for at least one of Cristiano Ronaldo or Gareth Bale prove to be correct.

Although it would be a big blow for Chelsea to lose the 24-year-old, there’s no escaping that his form has significantly dipped this season, and that it may be wise to cash in on him while his stock remains high.

Hazard himself is said to be unhappy with life at Stamford Bridge due to a soured relationship with manager Jose Mourinho.
