Reports say Jose Mourinho expects to replace Louis van Gaal and become Manchester United boss within six months.

The former Chelsea boss has already lined up his trusted staff to join him at the club.

Mourinho is the favourite among the board to replace Van Gaal should he be sacked but there are plenty among the United hierarchy who are desperate for LvG to succeed.
