GONYETI’s manager Filda Muchabaiwa says her artiste has buried the hatchet with former employer Jah Prayzah and TONIGHT the lanky star is set to grace their album launch at Dandaro Inn.
Born Pamela Zulu, Gonyeti and Jah Prayzah were recently involved in a war of words after she accused him of sexual abuse during her stint at 3rd Generation Band.
Dendera icon Suluman Chimbetu and fellow Diva Diana Samkange are also expected to grace the launch.
“You know people just want to dwell on the past when there are other things to worry about, we have resolved the matter and even looking ahead of Gonyeti’s career.
“Jah Prayzah is attending the launch and that should silence all critics, we are looking forward to a great evening and his presence will go a long way in defining Gonyeti’s career,” she said.

Contacted for comment, Jah Prayzah’s manager Keen Mushapaidze refused to speak on the issue.

In relation to the launch, songbird Diana who has pledged to make her return home count, says she will make up for the lost time through helping fellow musicians rise.
The Tikure Murudo hit-maker is currently promoting her new eight-track album titled Kwayedza.
“I am cherishing every moment I have lived ever since I came back home from my tours, now that I am settling down I will use my experience to help fellow female musicians.
“Thursday night I have a big role to play on Gonyeti’s side as she launches her debut. We all have been there once so it’s a privilege to perform with her.
“We are both ready for the big night,” she said.
