The processing of bail conditions for Stephanie Otobo, the lady who claims to have had an affair with Apostle Johnson Suleiman, founder of Omega Fire Ministry Worldwide, ran into problems again today as Chief Magistrate Kikelomo Bukola Ayeye was not in court to sign some of the required documents.
By the time the documents were said to be ready yesterday, she had left for an engagement, leaving Stephanie and Wisdom Godstime, a Canadian resident detained with her, with no option but to remain behind bars..
Saharareporters gathered that many of the Magistrates, including Mrs. Ayeye, did not sit today because of a swearing-in ceremony for some new judges by the Lagos State Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode.
This series of events have kept with Stephanie and Godstime in continuous detention despite their readiness to fulfill their bail conditions.
A senior warden in the female section of the Kirikiri Medium Security Prison told our correspondent that Stephanie was deeply unhappy yesterday when her hopes of getting out were dashed.
Godstime was also said to have been apprehensive when he realized he would stay one more night, having been in police custody since Friday. The same appears to be their fate today.
