The Deputy Secretary-General reiterated the United Nations willingness to support “inclusive dialogue efforts to address the root causes of tensions in the affected regions.” She noted the office of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General for Central Africa and Head of the United Nations Regional Office for Central Africa (UNOCA), François Louncény Fall, and the United Nations country team would be involved in supporting the dialogue.
