Below is what he had to say.
In order to make the start of the school year effective, special measures must be taken by the government to secure parents, students and all schools. It is clear that there is no popular support for boycott slogans from school but rather, those who want to make dark agendas intimidation, deterrence, and acts of violence and vandalism to oblige children not to prepare for their future by going to school.
In order to give themselves the means to perpetrate their acts of vandalism, they call into question the measures taken to by the government to protect people and property. They speak to make themselves aware of the militarization of the of the North-West and South-West for the security of persons and property in these areas of Cameroon.
Moreover, with a view to forcing schools to not to enroll students, they have chosen to burn a whole educational establishment. This means that they are ready to burn others to force parents not to send their children to
school.
To prevent this, the government must strengthen the security of persons and property by guarding all schools with the armed forces.
Let’s not be blind. There are people who want to challenge the Referendum of 1972. This means that they call into question the Referendum of 1961 which was not organized by Cameroon but by the United Nations and Great Britain.
To call into question the 1961 referendum is tantamount to putting causes the attachment of Northern Cameroon to Nigeria. So logically those who question all this must start with to claim Northern Cameroon from Nigeria before coming to southern Cameroon. Indeed, we must first tackle that part of the country which is attached to a foreign country before tackling the part that has returned to the motherland.
So really, let’s stop supporting all those who want to break the unity of our country. On this point we will never agree with those who find mitigating circumstances for secessionist claims. The authorities can not be blamed for Cameroon to take all necessary measures to safeguard the territorial integrity and unity of Cameroon.

It is no secret that Cameroonians, whether they are from the East, West, North or South, want to go to school as early as next September. This is clear when you see the parents from the South West send their children for holiday classes classes from.
