A well-placed source has hinted that the 85 year old dictator, Paul Biya will soon leave the country for a short stay abroad after making public a new government.
We understand Mr. Biya prior to the trip, has been secretly consulting for a few days in order to form a new cabinet. The same source revealed that Etoudi intends to get new Southern Cameroonians into the administration to manage the Anglophone crisis.
