The President of the republic of Cameroon, Paul Biya has commissioned a delegation from his government to go to the North West and South West region and gather information as concerns the incidences recorded on the 22nd of September and the 1st of October 2017.
The delegations are expected to commune with the population, bring the president’s goodwill message of peace and encourage the return to normalcy.
A couple of names were shortlisted for particular divisions. Each divisional team is expected to come back with with a report and handed to the Regional Coordinator before Friday 20th October 2017.

Recently the most pronounced of the protests was that seen on the 22nd of September and 1st October 2017 where groups of the old, youths and many matched into the streets demanding for a separation from the French side of Cameroon. All these happened in the absence of the President of the country who recently returned.
