As reported a couple of days ago the feud between the Director General of the National School Of Administration and Magistracy Linus Toussaint Mendjana and the Minister of Public Service Michel Ange Angouing are at dagger draw, over the publication of results of the 2017 session of the entrance examination into the institution.
The DG was bent on releasing the results without the committee of control doing its job. The Minister on the other hand cautioned the DG, that releasing the results without the committee doing its job is a violation of Prime Ministerial Decree No. 2000/696/PM of 13th September 2000, on the 'General system of government competitive examinations.' |

To impose his superiority, Minister Michel Ange published a communique, few hours after the pubication of the results, cancelling the results, citing non respect rules governing administrative government competitive examinations.
