Since the outbreak of the socio-political crisis in the English-speaking regions, a dozen schools have been burned by criminal hands "to force its closure by force" says the National Commission for Human Rights and Freedoms which was published yesterday Saturday, November 11, 2017, a statement on the tense situation in the Northwest and Southwest. The organization and control of education at all levels are imperative duties of the State.
