President Biya Disgraces Fame Ndongo During Presentation Of New Year Wishes

President Paul Biya yesterday January 4th 2018, during the presentation of New Wishes at the Unity Palace by diplomatic and administrative authories, disgraced the Minister of Higher Education Prof. Jacques Fame Ndongo.


President Biya was filmed, ignoring Fame Ndongo, who was trying to explain something to him after the traditional handshake. Biya gave a deaf ear to the Minister who sources say was trying to explain details about the 150 Billion F CFA scandal for the fake laptops to students.

The Head of State focused on his other well wishers, as Fame Ndongo spoke to the air, and finally bowed in shame, and left his sight.
