Court rejects application for Habeas corpus filed by lawyers of Sisiku Ayuk Tabe and Co to hasten their release.
The President of he Mfoundi High Court has rejected the application for Habeas Corpus filed by the legal team of Sisiko Tabe, President of the Ambabonian Republic, who was arrested in Nigeria last January 5, alongside his 11 aides.

The accused persons did not appear in court, and one of their lawyers said the judge rejected the application because there was no oath of declaration in their file.
Meanwhile other lawyers equally complained that they still have not been given access to see their Sisiko and the rest, who are allegedly locked up at a secret high state security prison, since their extradition from Nigeria.
