The case pitting the state against firebrand CRM lawyer Michelle Ndoki has been dropped after she appeared before the Bonanjo Court of First Instance in Douala this December 4, 2018
Barrister Michelle Ndoki appeared in court today December 4 alongside some other activists of the CRM party of Professor Maurice Kamto.
They were arrested on October 27 and later released, for carrying out a peaceful protest in Douala, economic capital of Cameroon against what they termed an Electoral Holdup to hand president Paul Biya another term of office.

According to sources, the case was discontinued by the court as the Legal Department through the attorney General entered nolle porsequi as instructed by the Minister of Justice.
Dozens of CRM supporters were present at the court to support the lawyer who is known for her competence during post electoral litigations at the Constitutional Council.
