A Parliamentary Portfolio Committee meeting on Mines & Mining Development collapsed on Monday after Norton member of the House of Assembly Temba Mliswa accused former Chairperson of the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Transport, Dexter Nduna of illegitimately benefiting $11 million from the Zimbabwe National Roads Administration.
