The fan who was kicked by Jah Master off stage during a live performance has spoken out concerning the incident.
The fan who has identified himself as Brito, real name Bright Mamtashi, is based in Chinhoyi. He said his shoulder and hand were injured when he landed after being kicked off stage by Jah Master. In the video Brito says he is waiting for Jah Master to see what he can do for him.
Brito said:
My name is Bright Mamtashi. That’s my birth name. My nickname is Brito. I am the one who was attacked by Jah Master. So I am waiting for him here in Chinhoyi so that we can talk about compensation.

Jah Master addressed the incident in which he gave a fan a flying kick during a live performance in Chinhoyi. In the statement, Jah Master said he was in the process of locating the fan he attacked so that medical checks are done to make sure he was not hurt because of the attack. He said he would also compensate the fan with all proceeds from the show.
True to his word Jah Master met with Brito as pictures on various social media platforms show. It is not yet clear what Jah Master and Brito agreed to, but the gesture by the Hello Mwari hitmaker is commendable.
The musician has been criticised by fans and fellow artists such as Mai Titi who has always been an avid fan of his. Whilst he has apologised for kicking a fan, some feel the incident is tantamount to career suicide.
