Controversial Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has responded to online reports implying that the purported bedroom tape with her lover was a publicity ploy.
The Koroba crooner had in an interview disclosed that someone was blackmailing her with a bedroom tape of her and the man she’s currently dating.
She, however, refused to be blackmailed for something she termed natural.
Tiwa Savage mentioned that the bedroom tape was mistakenly posted by her man but deleted minutes later.

The singer responded to the backlash on her Instagram story, saying individuals who made such remarks are upset that she was able to control the narrative and not allow the revelation of the bedroom tape to ruin her.
She wrote:
“You hated how I was able to control the narrative and get ahead of a story before it consumed me and how I was able to joke on stage about something you thought will destroy me and make me ashamed .”
