ZBC Radio Zimbabwe Presenter Nabbed For Extorting Prophet T Freddy!

A female ZBC radio Zimbabwe presenter has been nabbed on allegations or extorting popular cleric, prophet T Freddy.

New Zimbabwe reports that according to police sources, the presenter, whose identity has not been divulged to the publication has been extorting the Glenview-based cleric for a full year.

It is further alleged that the presenter has of late been demanding US$15 000 from the charismatic preacher.

“The prophet tried to negotiate the figure down to US$12 000 and she then raised the figure to US$20 000,” a source said.

The man of cloth then offered a Mercedes Benz and she reportedly accepted it.

Further allegations are that after getting the car, she then made another demand of US$15 000 which did not go well with the prophet.

Prophet Freddy then reported the case leading to her arrest.

The publication further states that the police were yet to officially comment on the matter.

Recently, prophet Freddy was trending after a video of an elderly woman pooping on stage during his healing service went viral.

Addressing the video, Prophet T Freddy said he was also shocked to witness the instant deliverance when he was praying for the woman.

He claims that the elderly woman had not been going to the toilet for some days before she was brought to him for prayers.

However, social media critics were not impressed with Prophet T Freddy’s means of healing. Some called out religious leaders to consider their congregants’ dignity when performing their “healing miracles”. In contrast, others criticized the so-called miraculous healing and accused prophets of exploiting the gullible and the desperate.
