Before the fixture against Real Madrid, the Egyptian International was gushing for revenge, in relation to Liverpool’s 3-1 defeat in the same tournament back in 2018.
He [Salah] took to Twitter writing ‘we have a score to settle after Real Madrid booked their ticket to this year’s final winning against Manchester City.

Meanwhile, Liverpool is sweating and facing a nightmare over Salah’s contract as the star is left with just 12 months on his contract.
According to reports, both parties are currently on the table negotiating a new deal.
I cannot express in words how much we wanted to bring that trophy back to Liverpool but in the end we couldn’t. I cannot thank the fans enough for your support. It has been a very long season but a part of me wishes the next one starts again tomorrow. pic.twitter.com/6ECyIL0AHN
