There is in our world today a return of a spirit of divination, a return of a Spirit as that of Endor, and Zimbabwe is not exempt from this Spiritual onslaught.
In 1 Samuel 28:3–25 we read of a scene between a King (Saul) who travels to Endor to meet with a witch for the sole purpose of seeking to gain a meeting with the spirit of the prophet Samuel, who had since died. It was through the ability of this witch by the means of a familiar spirit that the King was able to communicate with this spirit, which brought upon him certain judgment by Elohiym.
There has been a significant increase in mysticism currently within the church where spiritual leaders are opening the doors to the occult world through the means of divination, to seduce and snare many a person into believing that it’s possible to communicate as well as utilize the spirits they make contact with. It is called Necromancy, but there is another name for it that many within the church are more appropriately accustomed to – prophecy.
Perhaps I need to be very clear here, so there may be no confusion in what I am suggesting. By no means am I suggesting that prophecy in and of itself is wrong and neither am I stating in anyway that is is a “divine sign” of Godliness. P Prophecy when inspired by the Spirit of Elohiym is a wonderful means by which Elohiym speaks to His people to edify, encourage, correct and often times, to warn.
However, Satan is equally cunning and he equally knows and understands the ability to deceive, which is why we are told in 2 Corinthians 11:14 that Satan comes as an angel of light, meaning, he masks his deception under the guise of Spirituality (Spiritism) and many are falling for it.
Like Saul, many Christians are seeking the spirit of Endor – the witch. They do it by seeking those who have a genuine ability to communicate with the spirit world, those who claim to have been given the gift of prophecy and their titles include Prophet, Prophetess, Seer. etc…
The majority of the Christian Churches of today are now led by these pseudo “Prophets” and “Prophetesses,” yet they are really necromancers who are in constant communication with the spirit realm of demons, who appear to them in dreams and visions as “the voice of God” and as angels of light.
Sometimes they themselves get real glimpses into what manner of spirit is leading them but for their love of a following and the insatiable pride-trap of having respectable titles after their names, most of these people have clasped hands with these demonic forces of the spirit realm and they are leading many well-meaning though worldly-minded Christians, to eternal ruin.
You can almost always know them by the manner of their “prophecies” which are concerned mainly with the earthly sensual things of this life, such material prosperity (blessings) and have very little regard about salvation and victory over sin. Their other almost over-powering emphasis on material prosperity, wealth and “miracles” is a common factor of their ministry.
Many of them have already been exposed by the fruit of their deeds which has proven to have been anything else BUT Yahusha-like. Yet some of the more subtle ones among them hide themselves behind an “anointed man” or “woman of God” whom they have groomed and appointed to take the front position while they themselves take the behind-the-scenes role of being the “spiritual mentor” or adviser to the “man or woman of God” who has been showered with titles such as “Papa” “Prophet” “Prophetess” “Bishop” “Pastor” etc.
While the front-man or front-woman may be oblivious to the fact that they are under a demonic spell and are literary being used as the face of the operation, possibly due to their status and influence in the given community, they will be induced over time to implicitly accept the counsels of the “seer” whom they have been led to believe has access to the very “throne of God,” via visions and dreams; over and above the clear written testimony of the Scriptures… after all, the “seer” purports to have direct communication from “the Man Himself” and therefore it seems “reasonable” enough to hearken to the freshly “inspired” words of the “seer” rather than to the written Word.
The dead giveaway, however, is that the whole lot of them have no esteem whatsoever for the Law of YAHUAH. They have a keen disregard and even dislike for the law of YAHUAH and by this we may know that there is no light in them!
“If a prophet or a dreamer of dreams arises among you and gives you a sign or a wonder, and the sign or wonder that he tells you comes to pass, and if he says, ‘Let us go after other gods,’ which you have not known, ‘and let us serve them,’you shall not listen to the words of that prophet or that dreamer of dreams. For the YAHUAH your Eloah is testing you, to know whether you love YAHUAH your Eloah with all your heart and with all your soul.” (Deuteronomy 13:1-3)
“To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.” (Isaiah 8:20)
