BULAWAYO — The Zimbabwe International Trade Fair (ZITF) company has launched a mobile application that allows exhibitors and the media to interact during the exhibition next month.
The mobile application will provide information on all exhibitors, their location as well as updates on events during the fair which runs from April 22-26.
Journalists can also use the application to send questions to specific exhibitors while free wifi will be provided in the trade fair grounds.
“It’s a business exhibition and this must help businesses to do business with the right people,” said ZITF chairman Bekhitemba Nkomo. The application is compatible with all mobile phone operating systems for easier access, he added. Nkomo said to increase the effectiveness of the fair, companies in a similar line of business will be exhibiting from the same premises.
