A 17 year old Harare boy was on Friday arraigned before the Harare Magistrates Courts for allegedly forcing a nine year old girl to suck his manhood.
Brian Nyatsoho of Dzivarasekwa was charged with aggravated indecent assault when he appeared before Harare magistrate, Tendai Mahwe.
He was not asked to plead and was remanded in custody pending trial to be carried on 30 April.
Mahwe said the offence Nyatsoho committed was serious and unexpected of him further warning that he was likely to be incarcerated.
The state is yet to confirm his age and as such his uncle Isaac Chisaka was asked to bring his birth certificate to assist the court in carrying out the judgement.
It is alleged that Nyatsoho on 12 April called the minor to a secluded place at their home and allegedly put his manhood in the girls’ underwear without her consent.
After a few days, the boy again called the girl. He allegedly lowered his pants and made the minor to kneel before him.
It is alleged that he went on to put his manhood in the girl’s mouth and made her to suck and lick him.
After the incident, the girl went and reported the matter to her mother.
The matter was reported to police leading to the arrest of Nyatsoho.
