In February 1988 preparations to hold a mass national Big Sunday in the National stadium were completed and people were now coming from all over as far as Victoria Falls, Mwenezi, Plumtree, Muzarabani, Mukumbura and Zamuchiya. Some were already in trains and everybody excited about the Big Sunday to come.

| Apostle Ezekiel Guti Aided By Angels. |
A heavy blow came on Friday at 5pm when a uniformed police approached the Apostle and Servant of God professor Ezekiel Guti, saying, "I have been sent to let you know that your meeting on Sunday in the National Stadium has been cancelled.." The Apostle said, "What am I going to tell people and many of them are already on the way coming? It is better for you to put me in prison." The police officer said, "I was not given authority to put you in prison." Off, the officer went.
Immediately, the servant and apostle Dr. Ezekiel Guti realized that these were the devices of the devil. He summoned together his prayer band who in no time were gathered by 6.30pm. The food for supper was in the warmers of respective houses because they thought they would come back and eat. Even the Apostle and servant of God thought so too. He together with the team prayed the whole night through and continued during the day. They did not eat, sleep or change clothes they were wearing on Friday until Saturday evening at 8pm when they won the case. The angels of God withstood the enemy. God won.

On Sunday morning the saints filled the stadium and they were unaware of what had transpired. The Apostle and servant of God, though tired, the angel of God strengthened him as he brought a prophetic message to over 45000 Christians gathered in the stadium. Indeed our God is a very good God. The same angel led the International Christian Leadership conference in Harare Conference centre near Sheraton which was known as ICCLSFAACA93
