Emmanuel Eboue Hopeful Of Sealing Transfer Back To Arsenal This Month

Former Arsenal defender Emmanuel Eboue says he hopeful of re-joining the club in the coming weeks.

Eboue, 32, is currently a free agent after leaving Galatasaray last year and he’s looking at a number of options.

But the right-back says he wants to play for Arsenal again, and is hopeful a deal can be agreed on a shock return to the Emirates Stadium.

‘We are currently looking at options,’ he said.
‘But I’d love to go back to Arsenal.’

Eboue is a cult hero at Arsenal and while this transfer is pretty unlikely, it would be sensational if it went through.
