Actor and presenter Nick Cannon doesn’t feel like he is ready to date as he’s still adjusting to single life.
The America’s Got Talent host finalised his divorce from singer Mariah Carey in April last year (15) but despite being pictured out and about with several women, the star insists he isn’t back in the dating game.
“I haven’t figured it out yet,” he admitted to People magazine. “I just don’t think I’m ready to date yet.”
When he is ready for romance, the 35-year-old wouldn’t be opposed to looking for love on the Internet.

For now though, Nick is happy to spend some quality time on his own and with his two children from his marriage to Mariah; Monroe and Moroccan Scott.
“I don’t know if I would say it was hard,” he said “It’s more of just adjusting and adapting, as we all do as we get older. You’re living life. I have really learned to value private time, I’ve been deep in meditation and getting to know myself.”
It isn’t the first time Nick has discussed his bachelor status, as he told The Ellen DeGeneres Show in December he was giving celibacy a try.
“I wouldn’t say (I’m) dating, I mean I have friends and we hang out, but I’m not ready to do anything seriously… No (I’m not sleeping with anybody), I’m being celibate I’m trying to work on myself,” he said. “No sex right now.”
