The Gibraltarian doctor has returned to the British territory where she was born to start work at a specialist clinic. The former Chelsea doctor married polar explorer Jason De Carteret November 11 last year.
The 42-year-old doctor was dropped from first-team duties after then manager Jose Mourinho criticised her and the first-team physio Jon Fearn for going on to the pitch to treat Eden Hazard on the opening day of the season.
She shook her head on the way out when asked if she had reached a settlement with the club. Eva and new husband left the Croydon in a black cab.
Her lawyer Mary O'Rourke refused to confirm or deny any settlement had been reached during the five hour negotiation. "Mitigation proceedings are confidential," the lawyer said.
An announcement on the Gibraltar Specialist Medical Clinic website confirms Eva will be joining their team on March 31.
