Stand Up For Cameroon, a human rights activist group has announced plans to visit the North-West Region of the country.
The solidarity visit organised in the wake on the ongoing anglophone crisis, the group say, is aimed at expressing solidarity to the people in the region, improve information on the reality in the North-West region, discuss ideas and proposals that could help solve the crisis among others.Activist Group Plan Solidarity Visit To Bamenda |
According to an official press release from the group, the visit will include meetings with government officials, political and traditional authorities, meetings with various actors of the society and meetings with families of victims of the crisis.
