The President Robert Mugabe has left Harare for Pretoria to attend the second South Africa-Zimbabwe Bi-national Commission which begins in the South African capital tomorrow.
President Mugabe was seen-off at the Harare International Airport by the two Vice Presidents Emmerson Mnangagwa and Phelekezela Mphoko, several cabinet ministers, service chiefs and senior government officials.![]() |

According to the agreement, the two heads of state have to meet annually on a rotaional basis to exchange notes on various issues that are of a bi-lateral and multi-lateral nature.
Zimbabwe is among South Africa's top five trading partners on the continent.
Meanwhile, Mphoko is the Acting President.
