"The two who were released are among the 12 leaders of the separatist movement that the Nigerian government arrested last month. These are John Ojong Okongho and Nsoh Nabowah Bih, "said Abdul Oroh according to the newspaper.
According to their lawyer Abdul Oroh, they were released on bail because they have health concerns. The lawyer also indicates that on 21 February 2018, five secessionists including John Ojong Okongho and Nsoh Nabowah Bih were transferred from a secret prison to the Asokoro police station in Abuja.
