Idols SA is back in full swing and the beloved judges were hosting the first round of auditions in Cape Town.
Among the judge's panel was rapper, Cassper Nyovest who was a guest judge for the day.
The enthusiastic Cape Town contestants were competing for the Golden ticket which would see them proceeding to Sun City for Theatre Week.
The judges seemed to be pleased with the new bunch of contestants, who showcased their singing talents which proved to be better than last year’s.
Amongst the hopefuls was Sibabalwe Tunzi,(25) who is the current Miss Universe, Zozibini Tunzi’s sister.
Zozibini’s sister stated that music has always been her number one passion and she sees Idols SA as a way to step out of her famous sister’s big shadow.
She delivered quite a fair performance and the judges including Cassper Nyovest said yes to her.
Sibabalwe Tunzi got her golden ticket to Sun City and she video called her sister Zozibini to share the good news with her.
Guest judge Cassper Nyovest enjoyed being part of the show so much that he said he wouldn’t mind being a permanent guest on the show.
