A South African actress is accused of plotting an alleged hit on her estranged husband.
On February 16, police arrested Zinhle Mabena, 29, for the attempted murder of businessman Robert Ngwenya during a very public shooting on January 28.
The actress, who played Zindzi Mandela in the film 'Winnie Mandela', is accused of plotting the shooting, during which gunmen from another car opened fire on Ngwenya's car at a petrol station.
However, he survived and one of his bodyguards was killed.
Video of the shooting has surfaced online amid news that the actress has been arrested.

Mabena was not present at the scene at the time, but the police reportedly found evidence that linked her to the crime, resulting in her arrest.
The actress spent the night at a police station in the municipality of Centurion and was due to appear at the Pretoria Magistrate Court in the nearby South African capital the following day.
However, she was released on February 17 due to insufficient evidence, requiring the case to be investigated further.
Ngwenya previously survived another attempt on his life in 2019 when he was shot at and his car was set alight.

The businessman's most recent assassination attempt took place a few days after he went public with his pending divorce, announcing the news while promoting his upcoming book 'Five Years in Marriage: A Chronicle of Love, Marriage and Divorce'.
Mabena previously avoided legal implications when she was involved in a drink-driving accident in the city of Boksburg in 2017 that left two dead and one permanently paralysed.
She was over the legal alcohol limit when she attempted to overtake five cars while doing 180kph and collided with another vehicle head-on.

The family of the paralysed passenger has been pursuing legal action against the actress, but she has so far escaped punishment.
"Someone is trying to ruin my good name," She said after her recent arrest.
Her lawyer has called the allegations "preposterous".
The investigation continues.
