David Kaseke appeared in court on Tuesday to answer for criminal charges for his claims.
Zhula is charged with criminal nuisance as defined In Section 46 (2)(4)(vii) as read with part jviii) or C/S 46 (2) (v)of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform) Act, Chapter 09:23. The complainant in the matter is the State represented Allen Tafirei a Detective Constable stationed at CID Homicide Harare.

01. Accused is a male adult residing at number 8 Rovarnbi a kose, Harare and is self-employed as a cell phone dealer mall, Harare.
02. The complainant, in this case, is the state represented by Allen Tafirei a Detective Constable stationed at CID Homicide Harare.
03. On the 27th of May 22 at around 1600 hours, the accused was at his workplace and was approached by H Metro photographer who was enquiring about the rumour of toes buyers.
04. Accused told the photographer under camera that he was the agent of toes buyers and was charging US$200-00 for agent fee.
05. Accused went on to narrate that the small toe was being paid US$25 000-00 to US$30 000-00 and that the bigger toe is being paid US$75 000-00. The video was posted on many social media platforms and further interviews were made and the accused person indicated that he was drunk and joking.
06. The State will allege that the accused acted unlawfully.
