Chelsea’s disastrous Premier League season has seen a number of their players turn on Cesc Fabregas and Diego Costa, say reports.

The Blues slipped to a ninth league defeat at Leicester on Monday night, leaving them just one point above the relegation zone.

Manager Jose Mourinho launched an extraordinary attack on his players after the game, claiming some of them had ‘betrayed’ him.

And it seems that feeling of discontent has now spread to the dressing room, with the Sun reporting that a number of Chelsea stars rounded on Fabregas and Costa in the aftermath of their defeat at the King Power stadium.

Members of the squad are reportedly unhappy that Costa got away with throwing his substitute’s bib in Mourinho’s direction, and are apparently bemused by Fabregas’ complete lack of form.

Chelsea’s hierarchy are believed to have held talks over Mourinho’s future, but it seems that even if the Portuguese is sacked, his successor will have some serious issues to iron out.
