Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has revealed that is ready to part ways with Diego Costa, Radamel Falcao and Loic Remy in the January transfer window.

It remains to be seen if all three players will leave at once, in what would be a highly risky move if no replacements were to be brought in.
However, a striker is thought to be a priority for Chelsea after recent reports of big names being lined up by both Mourinho and technical director Michael Emenalo.
As well as that, midfielder Eden Hazard has been preferred in an unfamiliar role up front ahead of all three strikers in recent games.
