A Chitungwiza man Solomon Matangare dumped his wife and secretly married her younger sister Shylet. Matangare and his wife Stella Dhoroma have five children.
“I have been married to my husband for many years now and we have five daughters together, we stay together at house number 18514 Unit L Chitungwiza.
“On November 3 last year I applied for a protection order against him and the order was granted against him as I had requested.
“I wanted him barred from emotionally abusing me as well as threatening to evict me from our matrimonial home.

“He secretly married my sister Shylet and he now wants me out of the house so that Shylet stays there,” she said.
Through his lawyer, Solomon said “The accused is no longer married to the complainant. He is now married to a relative of the complainant and for the past four years he has been staying in Gutu.
“The complainant is forcing herself at the accused’s place of residence so the accused is not threatening her, he was just informed her now he was going to deal with the matter at hand.”
Magistrate Renikah Dzikiti who presided over the matter dismissed Stella contempt of order application as Stella failed to prove how Solomon was breaching the protection order which was previously granted against her husband.
