Breaking development on the ongoing strike in Anglophone regions of Cameroon.
After a statement issued my the Commonwealth Secretariat in London , Young people across the Commonwealth have gone a step further to take concrete action through petitioning the Cameroon Government and International Organization.The Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors Network develops this youth-led petition in solidarity with young Cameroonians in response to the recent escalation of violence and gross violation of human rights in Cameroon. This is to show that as young people thier voices can be heard even amidst the silence of the international community.
In the petition, Commonwealth Youth Peace Ambassadors equally mention that:
