Over 200 Zanu PF Central Committee Members Attend Meeting To Dislodge Mugabe

Over 200 of 300 central committee members have attended the Zanu PF central committee meeting where deliberations are being made to endorse the ouster of President Robert Mugabe as a leader of the party and reinstate former Vice President Emmerson Mnangagwa to the position of party's vice president.

The meeting follwos the masive march that was conducted by citizens in solidarity with the military in calling for Mugabe to step down.

The members of the party also want Grace Mugabe fired from the party with her cabal of Jonathan Moyo, Saviour Kasukuwere, Mugabe's nephew Patrick Zhuwao and Ignatius Chombo to be fired from the party and get prosecuted for various crimes.

They are demanding that Mugabe resigns of which failure to do so will lead to them recalling him. Obert Mpofu is said to be chairing the meeting.
