Zodwa Wabantu took to Instagram to share a video of herself “supervising” a procedure at Herrwood Medical Centre on Friday, 4 September 2020. The video showcased the controversial media personality being involved in a male medical procedure. During the session, Zodwa Wabantu added her own commentary and translated some of the doctor’s terms into isiZulu.
The video marks the second male procedure she has been involved in recently, following the first viral video of one of her friends’ procedure at the centre. Shortly thereafter, she documented her own procedure of a similar nature and shared it on social media.
While shooting her video, she detailed the reasoning behind her decision, stating that she hopes to keep a man with her newly reconstructed body part.
