The late socialite/video vixen Michelle Amuli’s mother, Yolanda Kuvaoga has suffered a major blow in her bid to take full control of her daughters’ burial after the High Court ruled against her application to have the burial order cancelled.
Moana’s father Ishamel Amuli won the burial battle against his estranged wife as Justice Kwenda ruled against Moana’s mother’s application and upheld the burial order that was issued by the registrar’s office which states that Moana will be buried at Warren Hills Cemetary.

In his ruling Justice Kwenda said there was no basis to cancel the order granted by an administrative office as he didn’t find any legal basis for canceling the burial order.
Kuvaoga had approached the High Court seeking to have the burial order awarded to Amuli cancelled after they clashed over the funeral program

Considering the fact that the late Moana was a socialite, her mother had also wanted the public who followed her to have a chance to bid her farewell, something she said would not be possible should she be buried in the way demanded by her father.
Meanwhile, Moana is set to be buried tomorrow at Warren Hills.
