Zimbabwe Gems Captain Felisitus Kwangwa Honoured In UK Following “Monster Year!” |
“It goes to someone who has demonstrated growth, coachability and the potential to put in some match-winning performances.
“When this athlete came from the summer break, it was clear that she had done the opposite of that. She came back fitter, stronger and more determined than ever to in some solid minutes on a VNSL (Vitality Netball Super league), and she has reaped the rewards of that.”
Speaking on the award, Felisitus Kwangwa said, “To Storm fans, thank you so much for rallying behind us in both good and bad times. Your incredible support made us work hard on that VNSL court. I am really honoured to get this recognition from you.”
