A host of top managers have been linked with replacing him at Stamford Bridge, but the Sun says Mourinho is determined to get to the January transfer window – when he then plans to move on players who have been considered ‘bad apples’.
The paper says Mourinho has spoken to Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and is desperate to stay on and take the club into the transfer window.
It’s claimed that he then believes he’ll root out the troublemakers and get Chelsea moving in the right direction again.
