Controversial Zim Dancehall producer DJ Fantan is reported to have wed his ‘small house’ after dumping his wife and the mother of his children Gamuchirai Nemukuyu.
The Chillspot Records co-founder who has been making headlines for all the wrong reasons of late is reported to have wed his lover Vimbai Muponda in a traditional wedding ceremony.
The wedding comes weeks after Gamuchirai clashed with Vimbai in Harare’s central business district. Gamuchirai accused Fantan of abandoning his family while cohabiting and enjoying himself with his extra-marital lover.
Following the traditional wedding ceremony, an ecstatic Vimbai shared photos from the ceremony on social media.
At the time of publishing, DJ Fantan was yet to publicly comment on his recent wedding to Vimbai.
However, he has previously denied allegations that he abandoned his family. Fantan went on to say that he had separated from Gamuchirai and insisted that she was now trying to tarnish his image.
The producer alleged that he despite ending his relationship with Gamuchirai, he had been supporting his family and taking care of all their needs.
